Sandra Espinet, interior designer and lifelong traveler, is a mix-master of eclectic convergence, specializing in the fearless melding of exotic elements with traditional furnishings. Her extensive world travels produce “finds” of exquisitely wrought artisanal furniture, dramatic artworks and exotic accessories that are put to beautiful use in her clients’ homes. The Well-Traveled Home reveals the soul of luxury homes blending fabulous objects culled from around the globe. A variety of educational experiences – New England School of Design in Boston, the American College of Art in Atlanta, and the American Film Institute in Los Angeles – have given Sandra a unique perspective in her design work, which has been published in numerous magazines including Architectural Digest Latin America, Cosmopolitan Magazine, Kitchen & Baths Magazine, etc. Sandra has worked on several HGTV television shows, won ASID 2011 best designer for homes over 3,000 square feet, and in 2010 she won California Home & Design’s Readers Choice Designer of the Year Award.
